- Public open house(s) are scheduled and staffed by one
of our professional sales associates.
- Your listing is inputted into online for
sale directories, such as craigslist and Zillow.
- A mailing done to homes within
a ¼ mile radius of your home to attract move-up buyers and drive more traffic to
the open house.
- All prospective buyers are treated
professionally and all of their questions answered in a timely fashion.
- Tours
are scheduled for prospective buyers that don’t have a real estate agent.
- Prospective
buyers and agents are followed-up with after attending an open house or viewing.
Optional Services:
- A consultation with an Accredited Staging professional on maximizing
the marketability of your home (inside and out).

- Advertisement
written and placed in the Seattle Times/Seattle PI promoting the open house and/or
home for sale.
- Broker’s Open scheduled and staffed
by one of our professional sales associates.
- Create an online flyer that will be
sent to area real estate agents (2,500-6,000 agents depending on area of town and
radius selected) to announce your home for sale and/or the open house.
- Follow-up
with all real estate agents that attended the broker’s open to obtain feedback.
*Sellers are also responsible for selling agent’s commission, typically 3% of the sale price.
