Your Buyer's Cashback is paid to you in your choice of:
- reduced sale price, which you realize at closing
- reduced loan principal, ditto,
- reduced closing costs and pre-paids, ditto, or
- cash (that is, a check from us) mailed within 14 days of closing.
*3% is the typical selling agent commission, though the actual commission may vary
by seller. Regardless, the selling agent commission is paid by the Seller
at no cost to the Buyer.
